Rebecca’s rates are all inclusive in that they include the sitting fee, the photographer’s time and talent, both with you and for many hours in the digital darkroom carefully crafting the images after the shoot, professionally edited and retouched images, and a CD with all final images high resolution. This means that you will ONLY pay for the package fee and you will not have to order prints in order to have copies of your pictures (most studios charge per print, typically starting at $20 for a 4x6 to $150 for a 16x20). You will have available to you all the original negatives from which to print, use in email or on the web, use in birth announcements, make prints for friends and family, etc. And each session is customized. You will creatively consult with Rebecca and make a plan so that the session is really about you. Each photograph will be corrected for color, contrast, brightness, cropped, and retouched. Overall, you will receive a very high level of individualized attention to ensure that you are happy with your investment.
Basic Portrait Session ~ $300 Session fee includes initial pre-session planning and style phone consultation and photographer’s time for approx 1 hour in one setting. You will receive 35 or more professionally edited and retouched final images in a mix of color, black/white, and other effects. Original images are yours to keep in high resolution on a CD. The session fee covers up to two subjects. $25 for each additional subject. Extended Portrait Session ~ $400 This extended length custom session includes initial pre-session phone consultation and photographer’s time for approx 2 hours in two setting with as many changes of attire as time allows. You will receive 50 or more final images in a mix of color and black/white. Images are professionally edited and retouched, in high resolution. The session fee covers up to two subjects. $25 for each additional subject. Relationship Session ~ $450 This custom family session will focus on your relationship as a couple and your children. It can include the entire family or highlight the special relationship between your children. Each family member will also be individually highlighted. During the initial pre-session phone consultation we can determine what it is that you are looking for in a family portrait session. To achieve the best family portraits I set aside at least two hours in up to two settings and allow as many attire changes as time allows. You will receive 50 or more professionally edited and retouched final images in a mix of color, black/white, and other effects. Original images are yours to keep in high resolution on a CD. The session fee covers four family members. Add $25 for each additional subject. Newborn Session ~ $400 ($450 for in-home sessions) Newborn session are typically longer than other portrait sessions as flexibility with a new baby is key to successfully capturing their spirit while allowing them to be babies and do baby things. A newborn session includes initial pre-session consultation and photographer’s time and talent for 2 or more hours. I encourage parents and siblings to participate so as to capture the tender relationships with the new addition. A majority of the newborn sessions occur in the studio, however I can also do home sessions where I will bring a "mini" studio set-up with me. I love to incorporate your personal items for a completely customized session. You will receive 35 or more images in a mix of color, B&W, and other effects. Original images are professionally edited and retouched and are included in high resolution on a CD. Birth announcements and a DVD slideshow set to music are also available. Please call to book your newborn session as early as possible. I highly recommends securing your session prior to your baby’s birth to ensure that you can be fit into the schedule, ideally within 10 days of being born. Sleeping, curled up, and wrinkled newborns make the sweetest and most precious photos. Maternity Session ~ $300 Session fee includes initial pre-session planning and style consultation and photographer’s time for approx 1 hour in one setting. The maternity session typically occurs during the last term of your pregnancy (~ 7 months). Maternity sessions often require a great deal of attention to detail as we strive to make you look your best. The photographer will have available to you a variety of wraps and draping cloths to accentuate and beautify your baby belly. And the session is conducted in a sensitive and personal manner to fit your level of comfort and nudity. Family members and spouses are welcome to participate. You will receive 35 or more professional edited and retouched final images (digital negatives) in a mix of color and black/white in high resolution. The session fee covers up to two subjects. $25 for each additional subject. Maternity plus Newborn Session ~ $600 Session includes initial pre-session consultation and photographer’s time over two sessions aimed to capture your pregnancy and newborn. The maternity session typically occurs during the last term of your pregnancy (~ 7 months) and the newborn session soon after the baby is born. This package includes approximately four hours of total time over the two sessions and you will receive 70 or more professionally edited and retouched final images (digital negatives) in a mix of color, black/white, and other effects in high resolution on a CD. Maternity sessions often require a great deal of attention to detail as we strive to make you look your best. Birth announcements and a DVD slideshow set to music are also available. Combination session must be specified at time of initial booking to receive discounted rate. Labor and Delivery ~ $600 Day or night, I am available to photograph your labor and delivery in a sensitive and discreet manner. Childbirth is an amazing event filled with emotion and it is a once in a lifetime experience. It is difficult not to be moved by such a wonderful moment. I would be honored to capture your little one’s first moments and the joy that your family shares. Having given birth to two lovely children, I am intensely aware of what a personal and spiritual experience you will be having. And I would be greatly honored to record these moments for you. Please book your due date early to ensure availability as due dates are not always predictable and availability must be limited to a few births per month! Fee includes a pre-delivery consultation to discuss birth session. The length of time of this session will vary (of course!) and includes 75 or more final images in a mix of color, B&W, and other effects. Photos will be shot in available light and professional edited and retouched. You will receive a CD of high resolution of all final images.
